You can't apply. That is the point.
There is no form on this page and no job board anywhere. The network is invite-only, and every engineer in it arrived because somebody already in it put their name behind them.
Someone vouches, then four gates, then training
It started with engineers our leadership had worked with directly and would trust to run a company. Those engineers named people they rate. Those people named more. Four hundred interviews to find a top twenty.
Clearing the gates does not put you on a client. It puts you into training. Everyone is trained in-house first, on how we expect agents to be directed and what has to hold before code ships.
A name behind you
Someone already in the network vouches for you personally.
Assessment
Scored on your actual technology, not general reasoning puzzles.
Real work
A working problem solved and documented inside a set window.
Final interview
Technical and personal. The notes go to clients with your profile.
What the work is actually like
One client at a time
You work only for them. Nobody is ever double-sold across two accounts.
The client’s hours
You work the timezone your client works, whichever that is. You need to want that schedule, not tolerate it.
Agents, directed properly
You will run several at once and be accountable for everything they hand back. Reading output carefully is the job, not a chore around it.
Support behind you
On larger accounts delivery is managed on our side, so you are not negotiating scope alone.
Paid in USD, on time
Payroll, contracts and compliance are handled on our side, wherever you are based.
Your record is visible
Your scores and our interview notes sit on your profile. Clients read them before they meet you.
Already working with a client?
