Every client we have taken on is still with us.
That is the fact we would point at rather than any of the rest. Clients typically run two engineers and stay, and every one of them arrived through a referral from an existing client or from someone in our own network.
Engineering delivered for
Retention is the only score we can't game
Placement counts and satisfaction scores are easy to make look good. Whether a client is still paying a year later is not. Nobody has left, and the contract runs month to month, so leaving would take one email.
Most of that was earned in the first eight days. The engineer is shipping on day one, we ask you on day 3 whether it is working, and keep-or-swap gets asked out loud on day 6. A mismatch caught early is recoverable. The same mismatch found on day 7 is not.

Judge us on your own codebase
Written case studies take time to clear, and we would rather not spend our clients’ time selling for us. Send us the codebase instead. An engineer reads it and writes back with what is fragile and what to fix first, before you commit to anything.
Read by a person, not a scanner. Nothing invoiced until day 8 if you go ahead.
